Bounded by the suburbs of Kewdale, Bentley, East Victoria Park, and Carlisle, Welshpool occupies a key position within the Perth metropolitan area, benefitting from excellent access to major arterial roads such as Leach Highway, Orrong Road, and Welshpool Road. The suburb’s proximity to both Perth Airport and the Kewdale Freight Terminal has helped establish it as a major logistics and industrial hub within the city.
